Protests are already having a strong impact on citizens, with shortage of beef and dairy items in great cities. Clashes were observed between para-officers of the teamster leader Hugo Moyano and activists. Argentine gendarmerie cleared roads, just the opposite it does in the city of Gualeguaychú. Current administration failed to convince Peronist governors of opposing such farming strike. Meanwhile, members of the Radical Party following Kirchner supported said protest. This is a union fight between Moyano and Venegas, the farming union leader who sends people for pickets. Four hundred roadblocks were posted on Monday. Farmers have thrown in circulation a handbook against strike-breakers.
