Brazil's Bovepa gains 1.2%

The main indicator of the Brazilian stock market recorded increases after Dilma Rousseff's landslide victory in the polls. The Bovespa index increased 1.26 percent and hit 71,569.93 points.

Meanwhile, the American currency fell 0.29 percent to R$1.706 on the local spot market
