Court backs Customs in sub-invoicing case

Argentine Tax Court has confirmed sentence imposed by Customs on a customs officer who acted jointly and severally with an importer and made an inaccurate statement over sub-invoicing. Now, customs officers are held responsible for sub-invoicing of their importers.
