“IMF goes through legitimacy and financing crisis”

The North American newspaper stresses that, after recovery of emerging countries, "there is no balance-of-payment crisis on the horizon." It adds that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) "must adapt to a new world of floating currencies and massive cross-border trade and investment."
