“No more credit without legal security”

The businessman and founder of Real State Board, Armando Pepe, expressed that suspension of public auctions put a brake on property development. On the other hand, he signalled that, since 2001, no new buildings have been built for office rent and that companies are returning to the center of Buenos Aires city.
