Not just farmers in Rosario rally

Portada en Ingles

Fuelled by politicians from the entire opposing range and even picketers, who once backed government, yesterday's farm rally in the city of Rosario surpassed all predictions.

More than 250,000 people from the entire country, spontaneously and without pomp, flooded the biggest political mass meeting of opposing sectors.

Roads to that city were blocked before the ceremony started, which was characterized by order and zero violence.

Verbal aggression did take place in speeches. The head of Argentine Agrarian Federation (FAA), Eduardo Buzzi, stated that "the Kirchner's administration is an obstacle to the country's development."

The farmer Alfredo De Angeli threatened to stage a new strike.
