Official drawbacks represent 16 % of farm export duties

According to the Argentine Association of Regional Consortiums for Agricultural Experimentation (AACREA), collection of farm duties amounted to USD 22 billion throughout 2008, whereas official drawbacks paid by the Argentine Farming Trade Control Office (ONCAA) reached 16 percent (AR$ 3.5 billion).

ONCAA's drawbacks pbenefited sectors such as milk processing, industrial poultry cutting and milling.
