The Notary Public Association reported 5.535 deeds were posted during July in Buenos Aires City. According to the private report, real state transactions rose 31.1 percent in July compared to the same month last year; declined 1.4 percent from the previous month.

The sum of money involved in real estate transactions grew 67.9 percent to ARG$2,058 billion in July year-on-year, the private report added.
The average house price in pesos climbed 28 percent to ARG$371,919. Meanwhile, the average house price expressed in American dollars increased 23.7 percent to US$ 94,396, according to the Notary Public Association.
