The economist Lucas Llach stated that, when current director of Argentine Central Bank (BCRA) Martín Redrado took office, inflation settled at 6 per cent and now it is already fourfold higher. The expert forecasted that "price growth threshold for 2007 would hit 20 per cent" and criticized government's subsidy policy.
