Unstoppable Chile signs FTA with Japan

Chilean President Michelle Bachelet and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe yesterday in Tokio. This is the first FTA Japan signs with a Latin American country.

Presidents of the two countries have signed a Free Trade Agreement. The latter guarantees Japan stable mineral supply. Meanwhile, Argentina continues shut away in the Southern Common Market (Mercosur).
