US winks at Argentina: Timerman allowed to be ambassador

North American administration has granted the placet to Hector Timerman to become Argentine ambassador in US. Argentine Foreign Affairs Minister, Jorge Taiana, stated that "with this approval, it will be possible to keep on working on development of a constructive relation."
