Two of the Venezuelans arrested in Miami, Carlos Kauffmann and Franklin Durán, accused of acting as foreign agents and of allegedly threatening the Venezuelan businessman Antonini Wilson to hide the source of the $800,000, will change their defense strategy.

Their lawyers argue that their rights were not taken into account when arrested. The intention is to get release on bail.
