The economist Gabriel Rubinstein signalled the unavoidable duties of next Argentine administration, like lowering inflation from current 20 per cent to 9 per cent, curbing public spending and slowing down economy. Otherwise, he warns, Argentina will face serious problems. "For this challenge, we need an economy minister managing to rise to the occasion, and not a minister-president," he stated.
