The Spanish prime minister José Luis Zapatero will return to Buenos Aires on November 11. Two reasons are behind this visit: on the one hand, he wants to be the first one welcoming Argentine president-elect; on the other, he will talk about tariffs, debt, paper pulp mills and airlines.
