“Mercosur problems should not be blamed on U.S., rather on us”

Brazilian president, Lula Da Silva, said so in Mercosur Summit yesterday.

He referred to the bloc's difficulties to make progress in crucial issues like asymmetries or elimination of double charge of external common tariff.
