In the first place, clash with dairy farmers for fixed milk price set by Internal Trade Secretary Guillermo Moreno resulted in plant blockade in Santa Fe and Entre Ríos. Farmers did not let trucks through and they might extend this protest to Buenos Aires. They even promise to distribute milk for free in supermarkets.
