Cristina vows to solve energy issues

While delivering a speech before foreign investors in New York, Argentine presidential candidate Cristina Fernández de Kirchner stated that "energy is a global problem, which Argentina also suffers." The front-runner added that if she happened to win October elections, she would devote "constant attention" to solve such matter.
