Kirchner begs IMF for default

Argentine President Néstor Kirchner will meet today with the candidate to manage the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dominique Strauss-Kahn. The aim is to reach an agreement whereby IMF will refrain from interfering in talks between Argentina and Paris Club.
