Santa Cruz Governor-elected to repatriate funds Kirchner sent abroad

The Governor-elected of the province of Santa Cruz in Sunday's elections Sergio Acevedo has announced on Monday he will repatriate the funds sent abroad by President Nestor Kirchner when he was the governor of that province.

They are $532 millions obtained by the province after a lawsuit against the national administration and deposited in Switzerland and Luxemburg by Kirchner.

Acevedo won yesterday in Santa Cruz with 72.4 per cent of the votes.
