El drama filmado en la Patagonia argentina "The Revenant", del mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, lideró las nominaciones al Oscar con 12 candidaturas, entre ellas como mejor película y director.

Los premios se entregarán el 28 de febrero en una ceremonia presentada por el comediante Chris Rock.
