Argentine chief leaves office signing Bank of the South

Six presidents were present yesterday in signing of the Articles of Association of the Bank of the South. The only one who was absent was Uruguay chief Tabaré Vázquez. The Kirchner couple, Correa, Evo Morales, Lula, Uribe y Chávez pose for the picture.

Presidents of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Paraguay and Venezuela signed yesterday the Articles of Association of the Bank of the South. During this ceremony, Argentine head Néstor Kirchner delivered his last speech.
