Argentine vice-president Daniel Scioli took his leave of the Senate yesterday. He had to face one of the greatest frustrations in the peronist caucus after voting of Public Emergency Act failed.
The second chance to achieve approval of Public Emergency Act and extension of check tax starts in Argentina. After being defeated, now the ruling party will have to convince senators so as to start working as of Wednesday.
